This privacy policy applies to keratinsmoothingtreatment.com ("Keratin Treatment and Brazilian Blowout Specialists", "we", "us"). It explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you send a consultation request, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- How you'd like us to contact you
- Details about your hair, such as texture, length, color history and previous treatments
- Photos of your hair, if you upload them
- Your preferred days and times, how you heard about us, and any message you write
Please don't include health or medical information in the form. If you have a question of that kind, we're happy to talk it through by phone.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, recommend the right service, and help you book. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that help run this site
- Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores consultation form submissions on our behalf.
- Fonts are hosted on this website.
- Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, engagement, booking-link clicks, contact-link clicks and consultation activity. We do not send consultation answers, uploaded photos, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.
- Online booking links take you to our booking provider, Zenoti. Information you enter there is covered by its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps is used for the map and directions links on our contact page.
These providers may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser connects to them.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and engagement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Third-party services linked from the site, such as our booking provider or Google Maps, may use their own cookies under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of your appointment history, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you've sent us. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
