When to book

There's no single right time, but many clients like to book their keratin a couple of weeks before a wedding or trip. That leaves room for the two-day no-wash window, a few washes to settle in, and any color or trims you have planned. Your specialist can help you choose the timing that suits you.
Plan your color first
If you want fresh color for the event, we recommend having it done first. Your keratin treatment can follow on the same day. If color comes after your keratin, waiting a couple of weeks is preferable.
Going somewhere sunny?
Keratin is ideal for humid climates and beach trips because it keeps frizz down and cuts blow-dry time to about a third. Pack a sulfate-free shampoo and a leave-in conditioner or serum to apply before swimming. Regular swimming in chlorine or salt water can shorten your results.
How long it lasts
Results typically last 10–12 weeks, so a treatment booked a couple of weeks ahead will carry you through the event, the honeymoon and well beyond.
